I bought a pair of your redwings in January of this year and have brought them back twice because of holes in them, now its been 7 months and the tread is worn out and slick and I brought them back in today only to be told that they only had a 6 month warranty which is NOT what I was told by Caleb when purchased!! Caleb was there today and told me that they were not under warranty and for another $40.. they could retread them! Seriously? after 7 months??? Caleb had told me a whole different story when I bought them and has done nothing but tell me a bunch of lies and I am NOT HAPPY and will NOT be shopping with you again and will NOT recommend anyone to go there and work with Caleb as he is only there to make the sale and not take care of his customers!!!
