As the Heights only independently owned shoe and accessory store, Urban Soles is staffed and operated by its owner Inge Feagin. With hard-to-fit feet, Inge developed an interest in footwear many years ago. She was always in search of the perfect shoe, but had trouble finding retailers who were knowledgable about the products they sold. Consequently, she decided to open a store that sold much more than shoes. She wanted to offer service. "Knowing your product is key...I want my customers to walk away with Happy Feet!", said Inge "It's important to me and I firmly believe it's important to our customers," explained Inge
